My favorite property in Orizaba. Spotless, modern hotel with amicable staff at the receptionists. Good and excellent location, right by Alameda Park, truly enjoyed this place. From the bus stop 15 minutes on foot. Delicious food for all meals.

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff made it even better with their wonderful service. Secure overnight parking was a big plus, easing initial concerns about the area. Our room was clean and surprisingly quiet despite the bustling location. Unfortunately, check-in is strictly at 3 PM, inconvenient, and while the front restaurant offered great value, it could have more vegetarian options.

We explored the historic center and the beautiful waterfalls nearby. The staff was super friendly, and we enjoyed the free breakfast each morning. The secure parking was another plus.

One downside was the noise from the laundry room . It interrupted the peace in our room occasionally, a bit frustrating.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, as it is very close to downtown and the bus terminal. It made it very convenient for us to explore the city and visit all the best places. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we loved the view from our room. The staff at the receptionists were friendly and helpful, making the check-in and checkout process smooth. We also appreciated the amenities provided in the room, such as air conditioning and an in-room safe. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus and allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay.
